To kick-start my blog, here’s a glimpse of my favorite way I’ve gotten in shape. This summer I will be traveling to Indonesia to study the diversity of coral reefs and in preparation for leaving, there is a lot I need to-do. My Scuba diving classes start soon so my endurance is important.
As a former cross-country and track & field runner, I enjoy being outside for workouts instead of the gym. I always run in the morning to start the day off with what I consider a mini accomplishment. Nike + Running App is a good way to keep track of all workouts. I love this app because it is my own personal motivator.
